Method my SN arrived

Hi My sn finally arrived! im so excitd! I want to double check the latest up to date method as I will be using soon. 25g gram along side 50ml of water and a 24 hour fast am I correct? I take regualr medication mirtazapine and sertraline and am guessing I should stop them but I was told mirtazapine is an antimed thing so should stop me throwing up and might be worht taking double? thoughts? please send any recent or up to date threads about this also

According to the SN bible's chart, 25g is sometimes a bit too much, and sometimes a bit too little (idk your weight tho, for me, weighing 52kg, my dose was calculated to be 19g in 38ml, it WILL vary depending on weight):
