Fast for 8 hours.

Paracetamol- 1000mg 1 hour before drinking SN

Metoclopramide- 30mg 45 minutes before drinking SN

Drinking 25g SN mixed with water. Keep another cup incase I vomit.

Optional but I will be keeping Alprazolam near me in case I feel the need to take. I am worried going unconscious from the benzo will make me vomit while unconscious and render my attempt a failure. Also how much should I be taking If I do decide to?
