In his last post, he wrote: "I had a lot of work here but I came to the conclusion from my own experience that, given the pH of Thiopental, the rectal method is not good (you will have to go to the bathroom in an urgent manner)."
In the first post, he wrote that he planned to take 20g in a total of 20ml, and that the pH of the solution is 10.

@Sunset Limited , what do you think? Would 20ml of a solution with pH = 10 be really painful or uncomfortable in the rectum?

Yes it is possible. From the scientific study that sedation of children with rectal thio is saying some of them reported rectal irritation after the procedure. They used 25mg/kg thio. So I think dose is around 500-750 mg. If they reported irritation with this dose, it seems it is highly possible with 20 gram. But don't forget they reported irritation after hours from the procedure.

20 gram thio is 10 x upper limit for average person according to data from case report.

Hey guys, may I cut in?
I have got 2 gr of decent street methadone.
I'm thinking of a better way of administration.
What comes to mind:
1. Oral. Bioavailability ranges from 36-90%. High risk of vomiting.
2. Intramuscular. There's a lot of discussion here. How painful it is (so much so that it could prevent the drug from being fully administered.). How much solution is acceptable to inject. And is it really worth injecting such a concentrated solution intramuscular? So much questions. It is believed that this will cause a chemical burn, which will probably interfere with the absorption of the solution.
3. IV system. Pretty complicated. The needle (catheter) may come out of the vein when you are unconscious.
4. Rectal. The one I'm considering. Simple, kind of reliably, probably painless. Most interested in what is the maximum volume allowed to be injected. The amount that will be absorbed.
That's all.

Rectal yes, use a plug depending on volume. Oral ok with a pre-load of antiemetics. Remember...many OD's occur when people drown in their vomit while unconcious.

Hey, appreciate your input on this site.
What do you think of a method:

Small dose of benzo. Then swallow 4g of carisoprodol along with the enteric capsules containing 200-300mg protopyne along with a further one with zopiclone. Soma would make me fall asleep quickly, I suppose. Then the capsules would release after an hour or so. I hope that would help to avoid nausea. I've heard the zenes are less potent orally but hopefully 200-300mg with downer would be enough. Do you think with oral route the dose is enough for an opioid naive person?
