An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.
Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.
The psych ward therapist told me that they'll discharge me on Friday, yay. I am so tired of the interrogations they're giving me but I convinced them to my best ability that I found the SN in a trash can and I tried to ctb for attention. They believed me.
Thinking of you today, you are such a kind soul. Read your list and I wanted to stop by and say hi! and that you are part of a family to/for me that I have never had before, and I can never thank you enough for that.
Sending lots of hugs, love and the knowledge that you are a beautiful spirit!
Let's revive this thread.
1. I had a very good coffee
2. My psychiatrist was very friendly and helpful to me
3. My mom told me I should buy something new for me (she pays for it) and I ruminated what it could be. It was exciting to think about it. But I don't want it to be unnecessary and too expensive.
My therapist told me statistics show you can become way more happy if you do that every day.
My day today was pretty shitty but I will try.
(It is really a hard question today)
1.Me and my dad had an argument on the phone and suddenly the connection was lost. That was quite good. lol
2. In the morning I was less depressed (the evening is fucking with me)
3. One of my Youtube videos had more views than usual
一 i got coddled by my boyfriend today bc i was hungover and not feeling well
二 my mom baked a potato for me after i threw up since starch helps with alcohol nausea
三 i got to see all my cute cats today
1. Thanksgiving was today and I ate a lot of food (although this is a double edged sword and my body dysmorphia is affecting me pretty badly)
2. Saw my cousin and talked for a bit today
3. I can't really think of a third one tbh
1) Had a good cup of tea.
2) Managed to walk a bit (it's raining in my city, and I haven't been getting my steps in)
3) Read a few pages of a book I had assumed I'd abandon as usual.
This is a great thread; really managed to get me to count my few blessings. I hope and pray all of us will have more blessings to share with each other.
This is what I'm wondering too. The only good thing I got so far today was that I finally started studying after ages of not studying. But that's it. Hopefully 2 more good things happen for me today.. and that even more good things happens for you too

Honestly sometimes I don't. I believe it's mostly perspective, looking at things through a different light and making positives.
1. Studied for a final today and feel pretty confident
2. Almost complete with a 1,000 word essay due tomorrow (it's been written for days but I've procrastinated on the revisions)
3. Talked to someone I haven't spoken to in a bit today
1. Bought Mario Party superstars today as a sort of late Christmas gift to myself
2. Ate some leftover turkey from Christmas that I rather enjoyed
3. I'm very excited for the future and things to come, and as a result, deleted text messages between me and an ex (which was over 2 years of texts, and nearly 500 shared photos)
