I triple dosed my nortriptyline. I double dosed my Effexor and double dosed some cough syrup too. Finally, I double dosed on diphenhydramine.

I think I'll just sleep it off. Worst case scenario, I have mild serotonin syndrome. I just want to punish myself. I also cut myself up a bit after taking all these meds. Oh well.

I feel kind of lightheaded now, 20 minutes later. I'm also sweating a bit, but it's a tad warm in this house so whatever.
