it's hard to find a easily available ctb method

it's feels like I can't find a easily available ctb method. The only ones i have at hand is the train method and ctbing by choking. For the choking one, it might work but I highly doubt it will due to SI. It's hopeless.

I understand, to me it's so horrible and dreadful how we cannot have the option to just peacefully cease existing in a guaranteed way. I really wish it's straightforward to die, I also feel so trapped here.
