Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Is N guaranteed to be successful?

According to multiple testimonies, yes it is. It's often compared to very bad alcoholic beverages, but worse. (at least if it's the veterinary solution)

Apparently…? I didn't realize that was the case until sort of recently. I think my only worry regarding N would be not being able to get it down and falling unconscious first :/
Anything you drink is liable to be vomited back out.
Pentobarbital is only guaranteed if given by IV.
Only guaranteed ways I can think of are jumping 300+ feet onto concrete, suspension hanging, a shotgun or something absolutely crazy like a guillotine.
Ugh I guess even N isn't guaranteed then. People always talk about it as the most peaceful and successful method, but I guess if you ctb yourself, you can always fail somehow. I hate how it's so hard to die in this world. Everything is hard. Only VAD/MAiD is certain
I applied to MAID last year, my marriage ended after 20 years, I have cancer and an array of expected mental h issues. Maid denied me. Now I am hoping to can take care of this myself since I've been left with no choice. I am lonely sick and depressed and just want my peace already.

There have been more than 500 suicides with N in Australia in the last 20 years, but also more than 700 hospitalizations during the same period due to failed attempts with N.
Because people are rescued while unconscious, then taken do the hospital. Most of them don't get permanent damage, but a few of them leave the hospital with severe permanent damage.
There's also the SI that can keep you from drinking it, because our body tries to avoid death at all cost sadly.

I'm so sorry you're in pain and appalled that MAID denied you, I mean its purpose is to give peace to people that are suffering with cancer. That's not right.
I would understand if they denied you due to mental issues but cancer is a different story. I'm sorry you're going through this it's really unfair
Where is the proof that there is 700 hospitalizations due from drinking N and only 500 confirmed deaths? That seems like it would be inaccurate. The peaceful pill handbook says it's rated 10 out of 10 for effectiveness.

This is why I think it's important to have a second method in place in case I fail and end up brain damaged, I've been thinking about using carbon monoxide with whatever method I choose. Could still fail if interrupted or very unlucky but would drastically reduce the chances

I'm not too sure about how long N takes since I'm thinking about SN for my method,
Yes CO poisoning can make you throw up but my goal would be to let the CO levels slowly build up while I'm unconscious as opposed to entering a small enclosed space with high levels which is what's suggested when using carbon monoxide as a primary method.
I think that as long as the room is large enough and CO levels building slowly I will have hopefully ingested a lethal dose as well as antiemetics and be unconscious long before I vomit due to CO poisoning, if I do vomit from the Carbon monoxide then I probably fucked up the dose somewhere along the way in which case hopefully the backup plan does its job.
I'm sure there's other backup methods but this is my preferred one at the moment
