So I want to hang myself using partial hanging method and the only spot in my house that is high enough is wall radiator in the bathroom. I weight about 70 kg and I'm curious if it will be able to sustain my body and not break away from the wall so then it will flood whole house.

The radiator looks similar to this one:

I would certainly test it first as no one can really know how strong your particular radiator is. Pull on it to see if it gives at all, then do a pull-up up if it seems strong enough. Your right though - if it breaks it will be a huge mess.
