Injectable methods?

Hello,

for one reason or another I have been experimenting with injecting shit and realized how painless and easy intramuscular injections actually are. Out of curiosity really I wondered if there were any methods that involved intramuscular injection. The thought of an intravenous injection (in the vein) does make me quite queasy as i've never in my life done something like that
