I felt the need to reply because the media loves to make us out to all be incels. They use it as a derogatory word, that is meant to put us down in the public eye.

Stupid. Identifying as an incel isn't just about lack of sex, in large part it's about the loneliness. And it's not really that you want to identify that way, it's more like "people are going to call me a loser/virgin/incel if they know everything about me anyway so I might as well just pre-empt it".
You have to remember theres plenty of us who couldnt care less about sex. I know plenty of people like myself who simply want the relationship itself, not the sex. Being able to have a partner and friend who does simple things like talking or watching movies, hanging out, being someone that can be relied upon. Yet even that is not enough to get oneself a partner. Im not looking for a "10/10" cutie pi gf, or some big milf anime girl, just a normal down to earth girl.
