Venting Im frustrated

I never wanted to exist. I also dont want to do cbt in some dramatic way, causing a bunch or problems for people around me.
Like, i never asked for this. I never wanted to exist, im miserable being like this.
But then again, im TERRIFIED of pain.. i want to cbt, but if only there was some sort of way for everyone to forget about me when im gone. But thats not possible. Im stuck living a life i never wanted, and theres no easy way out.

Umm, its kind of a long list,,, I generally dont feel like i belong anywhere, most of my life ive just been ignored by everyone. My parents, classmates, people my age and im just a backup friend. Im just done with everything, i feel numb
