fasting is probably why it hit SO hard for me. i haven't eaten in two days, lol. i really do recommend ibiprofen though. jesus christ it was (literally) a life saver.

thank you for listening, and thank you for the compliment. i hope everyone has a better experience than mine, and achieves peace.
i think i'm going to head off for the night, everyone, and will check back in the morning. i assure you all the SN has entirely worn off, and i should be okay. if anyone does have a similar experience to mine, and need to get out of it without the ability to see a doctor : please, please, get sick as much as you can. you need to empty it out. then you're going to want to drink tons of water, or anything sugary. just basically flush it out of your system anyway you can. i would've called 911, if not for the fact i do not live alone.

also, please remember, the amount you drink is a very important factor to survival. i think i drank pretty close to the lethal amount for my size. (about... say.. a tablespoon and a half? i also fasted for two days.. and i am just. really, really small.)

Failure and pain in this case is evidently caused by OP's failure to follow protocol, not the failure of the SN method.

I have no idea how you manage to survive this with no medical help whatsoever. I hope you really are feeling better and do not need any medical assistance. I am a bit worried that you may be denying yourself this need but trust that you know your own body and are in the right mindset to make the best decision about your medical health at the moment.

That sounds like good advice except often people can't get Meto. Cheers seemed to ctb on Oct 30 using Stan's guide except for meto- she used otc Meclizine instead. Some people can't get benzos either, and an otc alternative may be ok here, too. She was strict on everything else- meds and fasting and mindset as well, it seems, and she did have benzos.

Yeah, Cheers. She was very determined. If there's a will, there's a way. Her post resonates with my heart, even though we've never really talked before.

If you can't get the proper benzos, try Benadryl. It should do the trick.

it was genuinely really painful. passing out and the headaches was not ideal. i didn't throw up as much as i thought i was going to, in fact, the only reason i think i'm still here, is because during one of my pass-outs, i accidentally swallowed the wrong way, and it caused me to get sick, and immediately feel better. if it was not for that, i don't think i would still be here.

Folks, this is why 'painful' is a broad term. Some of you might feel okay with headaches, some of you might feel terrible with a little upset stomach. This is why taking painkillers is important. Read stan's guide. There's a reason you're supposed to take a BUNCH of meds.

Thank you for sharing so much with us, I'm really so relieved to see you posting again. Waking up after an attempt is bad enough as it is, never mind when it's SN. You should be in the clear but it'll probably feel like the worst hangover you've ever had for the next day or two. I know things must be unimaginably rough right now but try to take care of yourself and see if you can have some fluids and food, it'll probably help get you back on track to feeling a little better physically. There really is no shame in seeking proper medical help if you think it's bad, though- SN is very serious and it's honestly a wonder you're still here after taking so much. Always here to talk if you need it.

But I'm glad you didn't die since you weren't ready... I have also tried to drink sn this night but I panicked and I threw up everything. My lips and fingers stopped being blue but I feel constant tingling and numbness in my leg... I guess I had to damage a blood vessel.

Got scared and made myself throw up. When SN started to work it was the most horrific experience in my life. I did 12 hours fasting before, so some SN were absorbed. My lips and fingers turned blue, got tachycardia. I went to sleep but I woke up... now my skin has almost normal color but my leg really hurt
