I'm back into working out, eating well, playing with friends, watching shows, but deep inside i know i'm catching the bus soon enough, days feel great, nights are awful, i have been writing my goodbye note lately, but i still can't make sense why i'm working out, i'm never seeing the results

I have been postponing the day since the start of the year because i want to watch a few shows and finish some games before i actually do it, but it all has felt like a total waste of time

i have a terrible energy drink addiction, no matter what i do i can only sleep 4 hours
oh, not sure (an optional idea) if in the night... energy drinks can be substituted for regular soda, and every now and then water, until it's water drunk before bed
