I'm wondering how you handle SI, if indeed you have to handle it at all. It sounds like your main problem has been taking and keeping it down, what with the taste and the reflex to vomit it and all.
Does it not frighten you - on an instinctual, primitive level - to know that what you're about to drink, or what is sitting in your stomach and entering your blood stream, will turn your blood a muddy brown and starve your organs of oxygen? The thought is so morbidly horrifying to me that I think that would be my most difficult obstacle.
