Help How do I not traumatize my parents

My parent's both work a 9-5 which leaves me a few hours to myself, I figured out how to actually use partial suspension hanging or whatever and tested it, I'm using a tie around the metal bar in my closet and I'm so excited I can ctb at anytime I want.

I want to ctb before 4pm because my dad gets home at that time and he usually checks to see how im doing when he gets home. I don't wanna traumatize them any more than they already will be so I wanted to know if there are any ways I can keep them out of my room until the cops come so they see my body first? I just don't want my parents finding me dead is all.

Also should I write a note? I feel like that's overdoing it a bit but I feel my parents might like to have something? I don't really know I'm just trying to ctb quickly and minimize how many of my family see my body. Thanks!!!

I think you will traumatize them anyways. A dead child is nothing that loving parents take easily.

I heard that the view is easier to take if the person has something over their head, like a bag.

I think you should outlive your parents. If they love you even a little bit they will likely be utterly destroyed from having to bury you. I want to kill myself too but i can't hurt my mother, she really loves me. That's why i wait the 10-15 years she has left. She turns 80 next year and is not very healthy so i might get a relieve of this pain soon. I already made it to 43 i can wait for her.

I do not think that you should live just for somebody happiness, and if the person really loves you, they wouldn't want for you to suffer either.

While i agree with your quite a bit i still think we all somewhat owe it to our parents (if they are good loving parents that is) that we outlive them. We should at least try to.

If your parents love and care about you you're going to traumatise them even if they aren't the ones to find you. There's nothing you can do about it.

I wouldnt want my parents to see my body. I would rent an air bnb studio or rent a room big enough for myself. Then again, you sound young. I believe if someone doesn't have medical problems or no physical pain, then they should do their best to keep living.

How no to traumatize them? You wait until after they're dead. Since my parents are dead already, I can CTB whenever I'm ready (yay!). You should make it your business to get the help you need so at the very least, you can make the decision to CTB after you've already moved out. If you go through with this, you'll ruin their lives, don't ruin their home, too.
