C'est du bon matériel ! Doux, solide et confortable.
I used the same and yes, you're right, it's certainly the best. But it doesn't change that full suspension is extremely painful because 1) the whole weight of the body is suddenly on the neck 2) a knot tightened around your neck could't be painless, unfortunately.

Have you practiced with it? That will let you know how much discomfort you will experience.
You feel pressure. That is not pain.

Avez-vous déjà pratiqué avec ? Cela vous permettra de savoir à quel point vous ressentirez de l'inconfort.
Vous ressentez une pression. Ce n'est pas de la douleur.
Of course I did. It's painful, not just pressure (pressure is not painful). But it's obvious, how could it be painless when your neck has a rope strongly tightened around it and has the complete weight of your body on it ?! For lucky people, the extreme pain is not long because they fall unconscious between 12-20 seconds. Anyway, it's extreme pain. Many posts on this forum talk about it. Even the so-called "expert" of full susoension, Evelyn Lane, before she was banned, wrote in one if her post "it seems that the pain of full suspension is absolutely terrifying" but it's the price for this method quite 100% reliable when everything is correctly made. And indeed, I have a polypropylene rope diameter 12mm, I know how to make a good slip knot and that it must be placed behind the head, in the middle of the neckle and high enough, etc. And I know how to make a strong anchor point because I followed your wise and precious indications. Thank you again, by the way. My first problem is that I have a strong vomiting reflex when I tighten the knot around my neck and the second problem is I feel a terrible pain in the neck and in the throat, TERRIBLE. Now, because of that, I don't manage to try again, I feel so scared not to die but because of the pain.

Been doing lots of testing, its like choaking game but you want to "do it wrong" and die ;) It actually killed few kids that were just doing "tik tok" black out challenge.
As its mentioned, if you feel that your head is filling with blood, or compress the wind pipe, you doing it wrong. If you compress ca you should start fainting VERY quickly, then body weight will make you push even more, if done right seems like a "turn off" switch to me, definitely going with this one.
Could you please explain a bit more about that "blackout" game? I am pretty desperate here...

Can't seem to get myself to pass out with my hands, starting to worry...
Even searched the internet to see exactly where the artery is.
Am I just too much of a chicken? Is it normal to be able to do it??
I do have a slight phobia of the inside of my body, maybe it's disgust, from feeling my heart beating and the blood through my fingers...
12 days until the rope gets delivered, I'm very conflicted.

There's a lot of discussion about where to place the rope on a man's neck(Adams apple), but where would I place the rope on my female neck in order to get the best pressure on the carotid artery?

Une bombe de dépoussiérage pour clavier a connu du succès.
C'était dans les nouvelles il y a quelques années. Quelqu'un a été attaché par un nœud coulant et a inhalé le produit jusqu'à ce qu'il perde connaissance.
Before falling from the chair (full suspension) ? Could it be a solution to avoid the sufferings of suspension ot I'm too dumb to understand ?

Even with the information here, you will need to do all the work yourself. Location, equipment and scheduling.
Look around and see what you can use, where and when you will use it.
Very little in life is quickly attained. This is no exception.

Do I have to use a slipknot to do partial hanging from a bathrobe belt hanging from the side of the door. I can't name the part of the door but I know it's the same side as a doorknob because I don't remember what it's called (I'm on psych meds). I don't fear the pain but from what I've read online they say it's better to hang with a slip knot then a regular hangman's noose. I've also read of cases where people in prisons have used shirts (I'd rather use a shirt because it's softer).

Thanks.

What is the worst that can happen with this method?
I live with no one so I won't be found.
For some reason can I change my position once unconscious or can I wake up, get scared and change my position?
Terrified of the idea of hanging myself, having neurological damage and for some reason stop hanging myself and have to live an even more miserable life.
Is there a possibility of having seizures or something like that that will cause your body to change position and therefore stop hanging?
I really want to try this because the night night method didn't work for me and I'm desperate. I can't stand to live anymore.

Guide to partially suspended hanging:

Warning: Don't try this method unless you're totally sure that:
a) you want to kill yourself
b) that you won't be found for at least 30 minutes after you attempt.

This method is very lethal and quick (quick from your perspective
anyway, as you black out within seconds), but if you're found in time
and 'saved' you can end up with serious brain damage and/or be left a
vegetable.

Why partial suspension?
Because full suspension seems to me to be unnecessary and creates
difficulties. First of all you need to find a place which would hold
your entire weight, which isn't easy, and also you need a stronger
ligature, which isn't always easy to find either. There's nothing
wrong with full suspension, but it may not be a viable method for
everyone, especially if you're looking to use everyday materials from
around the home.

By partial suspension I mean that you hang yourself around the neck
(specifically the carotid artery), and push downwards while kneeling.
This should create enough downward pressure on the ligature to tighten
it and close the carotid artery and stop the blood flow to your brain.
All you need is 3 kilograms of pressure to do this, which isn't much
at all.

Also, with full suspension your entire body weight is pressurizing
your neck, and this would probably be more than enough to not only cut
off the blood supply to your brain, but break your neck as well. I'm
not too sure if that's a good or a bad thing. I do know though, that
statistically people who've attempted via hanging have more often been
found kneeling and partially suspended than being fully suspended.

Where is the carotid artery?
Before you start you have to know this. If you place your hand around
the middle of your neck, around your Adam's apple, with one thumb on
one side and all fingers on the other, you should feel a strong pulse
and heartbeat. If you close your hand now fairly firmly, you'll
probably make yourself pass out. It might be a good idea to try this
to make sure you've got the right spot.

What type of ligature?
You need a ligature that's strong, but not too elastic. It doesn't
have to be very long, 1 meter or more would be plenty. I'd advise
against nylon rope, string, fishing wire, etc.
Neckties on the other hand, are perfect Smile .

It may also be a good idea to lubricate the ligature with soap. This
would help the noose tighten even quicker, especially if you're using
a rough ligature such as a rope. Lubricating it in this way will
increase the friction once you push your head down and tighten the
noose, and could make it a little more effective and faster.

What type of knot?
A slipknot. It's one of the most basic knots around, and you make it
with one end of your ligature. The other end should go around your
hanging place.

Many people have the misguided idea that a hangman's knot should be
used, but they're wrong. A hangman's knot is for a completely
different purpose, and won't work for this method.

Where should I hang?
You should hang from a support which will hold part of your weight.

You should test this by tying the loose end of your ligature around
the support several times, sticking your hand (NOT your head) in the
noose and pushing down with it. If the noose holds, you're fine. If
not, then you'll have to find another spot.

A great and easy place to hang is from the thick horizontal metal bar
which you find in wardrobes in most homes.

When should I do it?
When no one else will be in the same area, for at least 30 minutes.
You lose consciousness within seconds but your body doesn't completely
die for around 15-20 minutes. The extra 10-15 minutes is for
preparation time and just in case.

How?

When you're completely ready, kneel down, stick your head in the
noose, position it around the carotid artery and push downwards with
your head.

Good luck...
thank you for this thread, i tried really hard to keep going, but i needed this after all, good luck to anyone else 💓

looking for solid advice regarding partial hanging. What's the best thing to use to hang yourself? I've heard neck ties and ethernet cables. I need to make sure this is not a failed attempt. I have a week before I plan to ctb. Any steps etc would be much appreciated. I want to make sure the item I use doesn't break if I'm twitching or whatever. I plan to use my closets pole for clothes. I could probably be left alone for a day or two or even longer. So not worried about being interrupted. But should I take steps to insure this? I live with a roommate and although they leave me alone I don't want it to be that one time where he barges in for some reason. All help is appreciated and if you have an easier fail proof way to ctb I'll like to hesr about it.

Tried a shitty partial suspension method with a waistbelt (no knots) and chin up bar. Put my neck through the belt and bent my knees. Chickened out when my neck started feeling a ton of pressure and removed myself

After removing myself from the belt, I felt my mind racing and didn't know what was happening except a bunch of random things were going through my mind. Think I blacked out.

After I regained consciousness my shoulders hurt, my neck hurt a ton, and I bit the inside of my mouth. Now I'm scared to try it again because of the pain lol. Maybe I'll use a towel to soften the strain on my neck

If Robin Williams used multiple towels then he definitely didn't succeed on the first try. Each attempt he fixed something until he finally succeeded.

There is a reaction where the compression does not really do anything but relieving that pressure causes you to pass out. I forgot the name.
Probably one way people die accidentally.

just like this reply, but I didn't hear a buzzing sound, instead I got a weird feeling around my forehead and my nose felt like itchy or full of blood, I tried almost every spot around my neck but none of them seemed to work. Could you tell me how you managed to pass out? Such as position and how long did it take to feel dizzy and pass out? Thank you so much for sharing.

Hi, I'm struggling finding the sweet spot,

For me it took around 5 seconds to start feeling dizzy and i believe around 20-30 to pass out. The position is being in a 90 degree angle to ur anchor point and face outwards.

I managed to make myself pass out from a low anchor point such as a doorknob and survived partial hanging. What do you wanna know?
should i go for a shorter or longer belt? what's the best way to tie it to the doorkonb? my last attempt, i got a bit dizzy but did not pass out, so i assume im not tightening it enough?

have used a belt but as long as its secure you are good. i didnt have a special way to tie, i think i made like 2 or 3 regular ties and it was fine. yes u need to tie it as hard as u can thats the only way u can pass out fast and painless, its very important.
