I have two things to hang. One is exact the blue wire and other one is like bedsheets or Dhoti which we call in my country. I can't decide which one to use

I tried with the thin blue rope once and it hurts like hell
Usually thin materials would hurt more but time to loose consciousness would be short and thick materials might be too wide and would take too much time to loose consciousness. I guess it's a judgement call in the end.

Now I feel guilty. This group has given me enough courage to die by my own. I might have encouraged few people to commit suicide because of showing my research. I'm begging you all. If your problem is solvable, please fight for it. Don't give up if it is under control or if you can find help.
I'm killing myself because I was scammed 20k usd. I know it is very less amount in USA. But it is very high amount in India. I'm a loser because of my greediness.
Most of the people here are good souls who need love from family and avoid unnecessary pills. If they can trlurn towards God, he will help you. Please think and try to get help. Your life is vast beyond your ego. Your family or friends will help you to over come this trauma unless it is your health issue.
I feel I met good souls. Hope they get happiness in abudence in life

Dang it. I'm not becoming unconscious when I hang myself
I can feel my pulse on my throat but unable to become unconscious even after 10 minutes. I felt like my head was about to explode.

How would one build or buy a good anchor point for full suspension? I NEED to do full suspension. I don't trust partial.
I'm trying to look into what i'd need to build a good strong tall anchor point for full suspension, any ideas?

If you don't have anchor points, you can buy and install doorway pull up bars.

Guide to partially suspended hanging:

Warning: Don't try this method unless you're totally sure that:
a) you want to kill yourself
b) that you won't be found for at least 30 minutes after you attempt.

This method is very lethal and quick (quick from your perspective
anyway, as you black out within seconds), but if you're found in time
and 'saved' you can end up with serious brain damage and/or be left a
vegetable.

Why partial suspension?
Because full suspension seems to me to be unnecessary and creates
difficulties. First of all you need to find a place which would hold
your entire weight, which isn't easy, and also you need a stronger
ligature, which isn't always easy to find either. There's nothing
wrong with full suspension, but it may not be a viable method for
everyone, especially if you're looking to use everyday materials from
around the home.

By partial suspension I mean that you hang yourself around the neck
(specifically the carotid artery), and push downwards while kneeling.
This should create enough downward pressure on the ligature to tighten
it and close the carotid artery and stop the blood flow to your brain.
All you need is 3 kilograms of pressure to do this, which isn't much
at all.

Also, with full suspension your entire body weight is pressurizing
your neck, and this would probably be more than enough to not only cut
off the blood supply to your brain, but break your neck as well. I'm
not too sure if that's a good or a bad thing. I do know though, that
statistically people who've attempted via hanging have more often been
found kneeling and partially suspended than being fully suspended.

Where is the carotid artery?
Before you start you have to know this. If you place your hand around
the middle of your neck, around your Adam's apple, with one thumb on
one side and all fingers on the other, you should feel a strong pulse
and heartbeat. If you close your hand now fairly firmly, you'll
probably make yourself pass out. It might be a good idea to try this
to make sure you've got the right spot.

What type of ligature?
You need a ligature that's strong, but not too elastic. It doesn't
have to be very long, 1 meter or more would be plenty. I'd advise
against nylon rope, string, fishing wire, etc.
Neckties on the other hand, are perfect Smile .

It may also be a good idea to lubricate the ligature with soap. This
would help the noose tighten even quicker, especially if you're using
a rough ligature such as a rope. Lubricating it in this way will
increase the friction once you push your head down and tighten the
noose, and could make it a little more effective and faster.

What type of knot?
A slipknot. It's one of the most basic knots around, and you make it
with one end of your ligature. The other end should go around your
hanging place.

Many people have the misguided idea that a hangman's knot should be
used, but they're wrong. A hangman's knot is for a completely
different purpose, and won't work for this method.

Where should I hang?
You should hang from a support which will hold part of your weight.

You should test this by tying the loose end of your ligature around
the support several times, sticking your hand (NOT your head) in the
noose and pushing down with it. If the noose holds, you're fine. If
not, then you'll have to find another spot.

A great and easy place to hang is from the thick horizontal metal bar
which you find in wardrobes in most homes.

When should I do it?
When no one else will be in the same area, for at least 30 minutes.
You lose consciousness within seconds but your body doesn't completely
die for around 15-20 minutes. The extra 10-15 minutes is for
preparation time and just in case.

How?

When you're completely ready, kneel down, stick your head in the
noose, position it around the carotid artery and push downwards with
your head.

Good luck...
MIGHT try this too

Screenshot 20240120 184044 Chrome2 Is it possible to do full suspension using stairs similar to this one? On the blue pole in the middle, the ones in the place i stay has enough height to do a full suspension easily.

Other than the strength please make sure people won't pass by and interrupt you.

I will have like 2 hours uninterrupted . Thanks for mentioning. Really dont want to end up a vegetable.
Slip knot, noose knot or poacher knot for you neck and snuggle hitch for the anchor. See the link below for the best Linda rope though which already has a loop woven in so you don't even need a knot for the anchor as you can just put the end through the loop.

Post in thread 'How to hang yourself' https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/how-to-hang-yourself.1183/post-2322040
How do i know that the slip knot is tight enough and there are different statements about where the rope should be put on the neck. Under jaw line above adams apple?

Do I just slowly slide into full suspension hanging and let myself go or how would be the ideal transition go?

Thanks

Prototype of my setup. 10mm polypropelene rope, quite soft, durable, and slips well. Upper knot position is the best i can use indoors (around 1,60 meters above the floor). Noose is some kind of hangman's, idk how to tie slipknot properly. Will that work, or should i reconstruct or replace it?

Do a slip, noose or poacher knot for the noose. Yes the height of the anchor looks fine but you can't have the noose sitting that low as you're probably gonna have to do a hover seat position because I don't think you can do a hover kneel and you definitely can't do a squatting position as your anchor is too low.
Raised noose for a bit, so it can barely fit my head. Still pretty low when tightened though.

Hey guys, where is the knot should be located? Above adam's apple, or below? Would be nice to see images on this to be totally sure

For full suspension hanging, what's the correct placement for the noose on your neck? As high as possible, right below your jawline or low, close to where your neck begins? I've been reading some conflicting opinions...

There is also another partial hanging video on WPD that looks more peaceful. It's titled
"Man writes "Fuck you all" on a window overlooking at a highschool before hanging himself"

Lone, where do you place the rope on your neck? Low or high? You're doing full suspension, not partial right?
I thought I saw your hang marks in the picture you posted before, but it also could be a shadow from your clothes, can't be certain. Also did you manage to blackout with that noose position without feeling like your head is going to explode?

Brother. I'm desperate to leave this shitty place. I tried partial and full. 1st time on both, I gave a try in day time where neighbours will be awake. I went almost unconscious in partial and I removed the rope before I went unconscious, I tried that again but it didn't work. Out of desperate, I tried full at night and the stupid rope broke.

Looks like we're in the same boat... whatever I try either fails or doesn't feel right and I'm almost out of time.
We still have options tho, whether we like them or not.

Now I have ordered this. Hope it works
I want to get the hell out of earth. How come it was so easy for that Swedish guy. I have suffered more pain than him in full hanging.

Seems pretty big, mine is probably half the size.

I gotta say that I failed with the night-night method, but if that's what you're going for, better read at least the first 5 or so pages before doing anything

I have loved this video. I love his detailed explanations. It eased my mind when I had doubts about this method.
Can you please tell me briefly what it says? Subtitles have only one language that I do not know:(
