  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I'd prefer to send a delayed email to police or some authority because I don't want to scare my family like that, but I can't find a good email address, only emergency phone/text numbers. Anyone have ideas of who to email? Also, how much time would you put between your expected time of death and earliest recovery?

I'm going to have a delayed send text sent to my sister but ask her to call my local PD to find my body. She lives over an hour away, and I don't want her driving down to be the one to find me.

We can schedule a text, but it will only remind us to send it. We still have to push the button
Hmm...that's interesting. With Android, you choose "Schedule Message," choose the date and time you want it sent, then hit "Send." It'll sit there with a clock image next to it and then automatically send at the date/time you chose.

What about getting a hotel room for a couple of days? Then when you don't check out, you'll be found and it won't have to be family either.

Does your county sheriff have an email address? Surely they've got some sort of obligation to send whoever.
