My self harm is more in the form of mental rather than physical - beating myself up with images of inferiority and not worthy of existing. It started when I was a very small child.

First relationship? I think I was 17. High school senior, some guy I didn't know (I sat next to him in a class) declared himself my boyfriend and stalked me around school, disapproving of the people I spent time with. Not a real relationship obviously, but I like to call it that to make light of a messed up situation.
