I would be. I don't know how to deal with it. It's my primary barrier. Sorry.It's something I prefer not to think about. People saycbtctb is selfish because of it, the people you leave behind. But I figure the people I love would love me enough to not want to see me in pain. They would at least respect my choice. If not, we'll, it's them that are being selfish.

just leave a note behind to take away their guilt by explaining that it's not their fault and that it's better this way
most of the people that actually loved you will be extremely sad from what you did but will eventually understand and keep going. someone's life might end after yours does and they would just exist and not live anymore.
it's not selfish if you're doing it to stop your endless suffering and unbearable pain. mentally or physically, it doesn't matter.
That is why I prefer not to think about it. Aside from my wife, I doubt anyone else in my family would understand.
