How many of you will be leaving behind a significant other that you love, how are you dealing with the feelings of guilt

It's something I prefer not to think about. People say cbt ctb is selfish because of it, the people you leave behind. But I figure the people I love would love me enough to not want to see me in pain. They would at least respect my choice. If not, we'll, it's them that are being selfish.

just leave a note behind to take away their guilt by explaining that it's not their fault and that it's better this way

most of the people that actually loved you will be extremely sad from what you did but will eventually understand and keep going. someone's life might end after yours does and they would just exist and not live anymore.

it's not selfish if you're doing it to stop your endless suffering and unbearable pain. mentally or physically, it doesn't matter.

I am but she left me a month ago and as much as I need her to come back I don't think she will. Still recording videos for her to watch afterwards.
