The 4-7-8 breathing technique kicks ass........ I just remember those numbers.. In for 4 seconds hold for 7.... breathe out for 8 seconds repeat until sedated....

So, mine is a strange suggestion but it whole heartedly works so well for me. When I feel myself getting anxious, I hold something frozen, or extremly cold in my hand and try and move as much of my focus that I'm able into the coldness. It usually helps your brain stop stressing over the worries, and it starts trying to figure out why only your hand is so cold.
This brings me out of so many panic attacks, and dissociative episodes as well.

The coldest things I know are a number of person's hearts...but I am sure they would object if I tried to hold them.

Ahah, I think that might work wonderfully if you have friends to help move the body. :P

Sleep relieves anxiety for a little while. The trick is finding a way to fall asleep.

Depends how anxious. Mildly? Deep breathing. Severely? Drugs.

Stressed out by everything.
I am not sure how can I calm down when I feel anxious.
Just curious how do you guys calm yourself down when you feel helpless or anxious
It's really hard to calm it down but I smoke marijuana if possible and that can help take the edge off. Sometimes it can intensify it instead though. Walking helps, I've started doing word searches for something else to focus on, cleaning the house can help, even just taking the bus or going for a drive. I've also been painting recently and that's been quite beneficial. Showers or baths also tend to help calm me down.

I need to kick cigarettes though. They aren't helping.

Yes, they sold paint sets with a canvas a brush a stand and paint at local dollar store, so I've been keeping busy with that. I need to finish this other one though. And then start on the new one.

It's the lighting up I really like. and also being able to roll a perfect one! My partner would roll, and I would always choose the one I liked best.

Short term, like on the verge of a panic attack, I use deep breathing exercises. Breathe in for 3 seconds, hold it for 3 seconds breathe out for 3 seconds.
Art or walking my dog helps to manage daily anxiety.

Sorry, but I don't understand what you mean about the subscription pack.
It does a lot of seemingly unrelated things at once.
Clonazepam is used to treat epilepsy, anxiety, tremors, and is sometimes given as an antibody for kepprage.

A subscription pack used to mean you get tv, landline, olde timey "Netflix", maybe even cellphone service under one payment, which is also much lower than if you were to purchase them separately from the same provider.

It's a dad joke =[

Same.
Feels kind of odd. I feel I'd even be calmer with the rest of the "kit" assembled. I'd have an "exit button" at all times, and if I decide I'm done, just press it.
Hauling the purchase home, though - that was the biggest anxiety trip I've ever had. So many cops. Don't know if I could be arrested or raided for holding SN for no apparent reason.

It will all arrive right here home. My former method was caffeine, actually bought it. They picked it up and gave it to me, never once wondering wtf it was, because nothing about me awakens curiosity, never has. Thanking politely as I took my poison from their hand.

That is sometimes the only power and dignity you have, holding terrible knowledge secret in plain daylight. Not terrible in the sense it would be any loss to them, ah but the sheer nuisance of a corpse!
