I'm sure many of you can relate to dealing with mental pain
What can we do to manage it so it's less unbearable and destructive?
Over 8 years I've tried so many things but I'm too tired to list them all, mainly exercise, medication, meditation, therapy, distractions, talking to others about it etc.
Every day it feels like I am being tortured by my own mind and its really hell

I don't even remember the last time I haven't felt shit for a whole day. Must have been years ago

*Cocks gun* I can think of one or two ways (Joke)

Though, I have found finding the humor, or making it, in everything is how I deal with the pain.

Honestly, I dove headfirst into alcohol and that's been my saving grace along with weed. But it definitely sucks when those two things aren't available.

If you find a natural, free way to quell the pain- PLEASE share lmao

For me it's MDMA but it doesn't last long and has brutal comedown
Alcohol gives me bad hangovers too
Still trying to find a natural healthy way though

I definitely hear that. I used to love MDMA as a teen but you're correct about the comedown. I drink just enough to feel a buzz that almost feels like happiness and I try my best to stop before I get into "hangover tomorrow" territory. I'm not always successful at it lol
