I attempted CTB yesterday and my friend now knows about it and its making me kind of anxious/uncomfortable and I wanna just forget all about it but its just so awkward, how can I get rid of the bad omen surrounding this situation
I am so sorry that you attempted CTB and are now having to manage what is happening with your friend. Would it be easier tontry and just talk to your friend and manage the outcome at this point? Especially if there is any risk of the friend alerting mentalmhealth services?
