how can i kill myself when i can basically do no methods?

okay so i am from a small island with a very strict family that doesnt let me out of their sight for a minute despite the fact im an adult. i have no access to any drugs and i wont be able to hang myself because of how tall my room is. i have thought ab drowning but i heard it is painful and im scared ill back out or that ill survive and be left braindead or something. whats the best way i can go about this?

It doesn't matter what method you choose. You'll need time to be alone and not be rescued. Only things that are instant would be jumping or gun. But I don't imagine those are options

Leave the house, and do your thing.
If you cannot, train your parents that you have to go alone sometimes, to school, to work, shopping etc. I cant believe you cannot be even 1min out of their sight as an adult

I understand feeling trapped in this existence, it's just so cruel to me how there isn't the option to just simply die in peace with painless death made inaccessible, it'd be such a relief for me to be able to painlessly cease existing and never suffer ever again.
