Probably stupid again with the whole hearing thing but during my practice on PSH I put almost my full weight and within seconds I hear blood rushing in my ear and loud beats. Got scared and stop, is it normal?

It is probably palpitations of some sort. Not to worry unless you experience aggravating factors such as Chest discomfort or pain, Fainting, Severe shortness of breath, Severe dizziness, etc. There's no medicines to help with this, it is just an side effect of psh practice.You are cutting off oxygen to your brain so it sends signals to your heart to beat harder and faster to try to get more oxygen.
