Hard to find a method that doesn’t scare me

Going to make this short. I've attempted before didn't attempt correctly and was in a ton of pain, hospital stay, etc.

I'm knowledgeable of a few methods but a lot of them are painful, disgusting, or just like hard to do.

God, I wish I was able to get past this mindset & just do it. The reason why I chose that one method because it was the least intimidating but very painful.

SI is a double edged sword. On one hand it keeps people from hurting themselves and risking lifelong damage, on the other it prevents suicidal people from finding peace. I wish my anxiety wasn't as bad as it is, then if I actually had access to a tall building I could just.. jump off. I'm sorry your attempt failed and that you ended up in the hospital, I really hope you're able to find peace however you can soon

Only method that won't scare you is if you die in your sleep peacefully, without even knowing you are dying. Every other method involves this psychological terror you describe so unless you somehow let it go and do it, it won't go away on its own ever.

What about the "Night night" method. I havent tried it yet or seen vids on it. But it sounds quick and peaceful.

im pretty sure its just called that since the person who made the thread coined the term for it when they described the method

i have heard that its not as effective as some thought it was? so there's that. besides its mentioned in the post to use gorilla tape so you "cant rip it off you" which kind of implies panic, unfortunately. but its probably less panic-inducing than FSH

It's one method in the pinned posts with an how to. Basically stopping blood flow to your brain by putting pressure on your arteries.

I think "night night" is the english term for putting someone in a headlock (like you see in mma fights) until they pass out.
