I think I successfuly squeezed arteries and it was realy weird, almost scary sensation. My vision didnt start to fade out yet, cuz Ive let go before it did. Sound got kinda muted and I was about to start to move involuntary. When I let go sensation was still present for few seconds and I almost fell sick just a bit. What I had to do was to tip my head backwards so Im looking up. That way I can do it with very little pressure. So my question is, when I full suspend hang, should I put knot in the front to force my head back or it wont do it? Thanks

The position of the ligature goes under the jaw. More or less at the height of the Hyoid Bone, which is above of the Adam's apple (laryngeal prominence).
And the ligature knot should be behind the neck in the center.
