Help Hanging

I know it's my time to go. I haven't posted in a long while because I've been too busy getting blackout drunk every night. Tonight is no different. AA is great but it is no help, I am meant to die.
I need to know the best way to hang myself, it's been my ideal plan for years now but I want to do it right. Everything else is in order, I just need to make sure that nothing goes wrong. Please tell me what you know.

Here's a bunch of different resources, the best way is subjective though. The way you worded this makes it seems like you are planning to CTB really soon, so I must say that partial can take a lot of time and practice to get right if you choose that way. Sorry to hear about your situation

Sorry to hear about your situation. It is a subjective choice as to which way is the best but there are plenty of materials you can look at including the ones mentioned above. I would take careful look at them to avoid further complications and brain injury which is possible when hanging goes wrong.
