So after much lurking, and research, I am gathering everything I need.
The SN order is in the works.
But i was wondering if i could list some other things I have and get help on what to include or exclude in the "cocktail" as well as ranges for dosages.
I have the following
Lorazepam 2mg x18
Quetiapine 50mg extended release x56
Quetiapine 25mg x54
Tramadol 50mg x33
Hydromorphone HCL 2mg x 31
Zopiclone 7.5mg x37
Oxycodone/acetaminophen 5mg/325mg x6
Pregabalin 25mg x6
Zolpidem 5mg x20
Tylenol 3 (aceta/codeine 30mg) x37
Cycloprine 10mg x21
Im not saying im going to take all this...
I know from research the quetiapine and lorazepam are recommended in Stan's
But otherwise not sure and not most clear on doses
