It's so nice to see foxes feeling comfortable with human presence. It's difficult to take care of them correctly as well as to reach this point of mutual trust. I wish that all of us could get along with other animals.

i, once at night. His silhouette was pretty recognizable, with his ears up and looking me, very alert. We both were shocked with seeing each other. But he run away fast as i made a step to him

Yes! I've seen them in the backyard, which borders a small wooded area. Deer, bunnies, birds, bats, and I've seen a fox twice, both times from inside the house. The first time, I was so surprised that I exclaimed something silly aloud, like "A fox!" and the fox saw me and took off. I didn't see another fox for about a year. Recently one came to rest in the backyard a few times. I didn't dare go outside or do anything to startle them. Wildlife is so precious.

Before I moved, I saw foxes sometimes on my way from work. Maybe if I took more night walks though, I'd see them again. I mean, I saw a cat for the first time in ages on my walks when I strayed from the usual paths. Thought for sure the city I lived in was tragically catless. Maybe there'll be foxes on some of those alternative routes too.
