I made a list of people will be at mine. My wife has no connection to any of my friends in my hometown. I don't have any friends here. So, my service will be filled with in-laws that i don't like and others I hardly know. It will be very empty.

I agree only those who are agrrandivised believe they are special enough to demand others gather around their dead corpse to pretend to be sad about their demise. I don't care what happens to my body when I die because...I'm not in this reality any longer so it makes no difference to me.

I pray that I don't have a funeral the room will be so empty and sad. I'm going to leave a request that i be cremated and dumped in the ocean so my body can Swim with the fishes

I would prefer to not have a funeral personally. I wish to be forgotten about like I never existed at all, my life will always be incredibly insignificant and it could never be something worth remembering. Also it could never be my concern what happens in this world once I'm gone as I simply won't be there at this point, I will finally be at rest.

I don't want a funeral, won't be anyone there apart from my estranged family who are a massive reason why I have mental health issues and want to ctb.
I plan to leave a note telling them I would like to be cremated

I'm pretty sure my family wouldn't tell anyone and they'd probably just opt for a direct cremation, then pack the bag of ashes away in a storage closet somewhere.

I wouldn't really care regardless cause I'd be dead, so....

I don't want a funeral, just want to be cremated and forgotten. Afraid funeral happens anyway, and that people I don't like comes. Also don't want a grave, and lay in a wrong place, a place I don't like. Even if I write a note/testimony or something there's a chance I don't get my wishes. But what can I do when I'm gone..

Personally I think my body isn't a ceremonial object and I just wish to be gone. Realistically I'm traveling and it's unlikely that anyone will come or care. I don't have anyone. For my body, I guess cremation works. I'm still debating whether I'll leave a note or something requesting to be cremated (still not sure and its not in the priority list). I know its quite likely if I manage to ctb, people who finds me might not respect my wishes but then I don't care much cuz I'll be gone.

I'm planning to mention some close friends that I'd like to come in my note. It wouldn't surprise me if my family doesn't respect my wishes though or maybe those friends would find it too difficult to see my body. Either way, I don't really care. If I had a choice in the matter, I'd like my corpse to decompose in the woods the old fashioned way with no funeral. It would be nice to facilitate life through my death.

Weirdly enough maybe I don't belive that's my business. Funerals are held to give closure for the living.

i will be dead so i wont have to care. but i might specify in some sort of note, that i do not want a funeral, wish to be forgotten as soon as possible, and cremated and my ashes poured deep into the ocean.

honestly, no, i don't know who to invite lol. i might try to schedule a post on some social media so ppl on it know im dead or something, but like... do i invite that friend i havent talked to in ages? do i invite my cousins on the side of the family i don't know that well?
i've specified how i want my funeral to go, i guess it'll be up to my family to decide who to specifically invite and/or whether to announce it somewhere.
