This has probably been a thread made many of times but many new users, many new reasons to look at blah blah blah!
For me its the fear of a traditional hell, I do my own studies on religion, and I consider myself an Archaic Semetic Pagan in my own right, and I believe that all religion is connected through the story of the book of Enoch and our whole universe is a test made by the source of all things which you could call "infinity" the monad the plemora whatever including El elyon the true high being of the universe and father of the modern abrahamic God Yah. And I could make a very long paragraph about that shit but bleh!
Anyways I'm very open to what happens after you finally leave this earth and I genuinely don't care what happens, but its the thought of the lake of fire and eternal suffering, which even in terms of the Bible is kinda unlikely and could potentially just be a metaphor and a type of soul snuffer or cleaning type of deal, or a fucking lie, or undermined entirely by the fact that Jesus has died for our sins and I will be forgiven for my act of ctb.
IMO due to this world being a punishment and the fallen Elohim running this mortal coil i'd argue that if I did ctb I am not worthy of any punishment for that act alone and that I tried my very best to follow the Lord and so I don't deserve the lake but bleh! I also have a fear of hurting my family. I was supposed to be some smart ass poster child and many people actually came to see my birth at the hospital, and those close to me in my family has some dumbass attachment to me. Although this fear of mine is beginning to go away, I sure would hate to be a ghost and see their suffering.
