We all hope that someone will come and save us, mate. the truth is, nobody is going to. nobody cares enough about the neurodivergent to help more than calling the police and calling it a day. we have to be our own saviors. either pull ourselves up by our bootstraps or let death take us. still, you'll always have the people here to help you along the way and to come back to. lots of love and peace, mate.

When reflecting on yourself, try to simply get rid of all feelings etc., because they are something that prevents you from learning the truth about yourself.
Anything that is unpleasant, for example: I told the person that I found them ugly, even though I previously thought I would never pay attention to appearances because I'm such a do-gooder.
Because people, for example, previously thought differently about themselves, etc., it can lead them to lie to themselves.
I have a lot of experience with self-reflection and just wanted to tell you how you could find out the truth about yourself if you really want to.

I think its less about being saved and more plainly about being alone. Im sure we'd all like someone to care about us when we least care about ourselves.

i think i understand how you feel.

i reached out to some people online i used to talk to years ago. i hoped maybe one of them would give me some magical solution to my problems i've never thought about before. but you know, i got the same "move on" "get professional help" stuff as usual.

on the night of my attempt i kept looking around to see if anyone will come and stop me. no one did. although when i was close to dying i just heard a muffled voice that disappeared as soon as i saved myself. i wonder if i'll hear it again next time.

I understand exactly what you're saying. I used to dream of surviving and getting all the attention that I know I deserve for what I've gone through. I was even going to stage a failed attempt, to be honest.
