Apparently there's a barbiturate being sold that is 3x stronger than N and requires less volume to drink: Dolethal. Apparently it is very hard to obtain; way harder than N.

Does anyone know how this drug can be acquired? Would assume bribing a shady doctor or darknet? Something to keep in mind if A ceases to sell.

Our local vets use something far more concentrated than N but same thing - a tiny amount is lethal like 20 mil. Only way to get it is from a vet. People have used it to CTB that I've seen in the news but have all worked at an animal clinic.
