• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    ๐Ÿ‘‰ View the ledger here

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Does anyone ever just sit or lay down and try to mentally stop their heart? Like through willpower.

Probably sounds mad ๐Ÿ˜‚

that sounds interesting I think the only thing I do that is similar to that would have to be doing a reality check when I wake up after waking up alive every once in a while because when a day goes suspiciously too well I think that my time is here haha

also reminds me of this

I think it's an extension of not wanting to exist.

Laying and thinking: Just. Stop. Now.

Like I have control over the situation.

Or holding my breath. But that never works either.

I would like to be able to slow down my heart so much to the extent that it stops completely and i'm left dead. That would be amazing.

The heart works on it's own, but I think I can slow it down by breathing slowly and calm my mind. In other word, meditation. -_-

I used to do this when I wasn't suicidal, just to freak myself out. :D

Yes, I used to do it a lot. I used to believe you could die of a broken heart, so I used to try and get as deeply upset as I could in the hopes my heart wouldn't be able to cope with it.
