Discussion Do you have a mantra you will use?

Before ctb Im going to repeat in my head:

Its only going to hurt for a little bit
Then I will be safe
And at peace

What mantra do you think you will you use? If you don't have one, what do you think will be the last thing tell yourself?

I dont have mantra but I thought of something similar to help me get the courage:
I might feel panic and few seconds of pain but then it will stop and I will enter eternal peace, feel nothing= death. All my problems and insecurities will be gone. But before that peace I need to endure some panic and pain.

If there ever were one it would be this one from the movie Inception with a little added in the end.

I am bummed about the direction my life has taken since after a horrible childhood and teenagehood I learned to love myself and love life. Which is why if I ctb I have decided to see my death as an adventure. I will finally know what is beyond the curtain of death.

I am hoping is like in "The OA".

I don't really thought of that but when i attempted when i let myself go the word "finally" crossed my mind
