Yes, I've hated myself my whole life.

Anything short of physical violence and still being blamed for the abuse.

Self hatred can come in many forms. The most common being self sabotage because you don't feel worthy. I don't think I could live with the shame and guilt of my past even if all my other problems were some how magically fixed.

Somewhere along the line you cross a point of no return. Once you cross this point there is no hope for a normal happy life. You cannot undo what happened to you. You can't unknow what you know.

I don't hate myself, per say, but I hate my meat sack failure of a body which gave out on me.

I'm an old man and in my life experience I've found justice and reconciliation to be elusive. I do hope/pray you find it where I did not. Pax

I have passed any stage of emotion about myself though I care for others deeply
