Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Disliking my father for not grabbing opportunities.

My father worked in an organisation for 27 years. It paid them very less. During his tenure over there he had plenty of high paying opportunities from other organisations but he didn't grab them. As a result we lived just above the poverty line. We had enough to eat and education, that was all. I really dislike him for all this.
It sounds like something you need to talk to him about. Unless hes a total "do the minimum" person he probably has some reason even if it's personal to him.

Of course he would. I'm not sure there's a lot of value in discussing that with him, it's not like it will change anything. If you did want to talk to him maybe it would be more like asking him to talk about his career in an open ended way.
