If you want to ctb, just take a step back no matter how desperate you are
Read through all the materials you've at your disposal, sasu, internet, anything and everything
Choose a method that works for you
Test that method on a small scale
Only implement it once you are sure of it

A failed attempt is very frustrating plus it alerts people around you that you want to ctb

My father came to know that I want to ctb because in 2023, i made desperate attempts and he started reading the patterns.

He made me confess that I'm suicidal. That was crude.. But that's how it was..

Exactly, you got it right... It's the TV shows and movies that convinced us that this method work and OD on pills can also work..i tried OD so many times, still didn't work for me

Insect and mouse poison should be in the non methods I don't know if anyone has tried it but I did and well.. Bad idea
