My method is SN. I've fasted more than 7 hours so far. At 9:30 pm I'll start with the medication and finally take the SN at 10:30 pm.

Btw I'm watching ASMR videos since I started medication. It's really helpful.

I plan to use ASMR as well, when the time comes. (It's how I fall asleep at night, lately, and I imagine it as practice, to help me fall asleep peacefully and not wake up.)
