I had an idea.................

You often hear about people 'dying on the table'. There are medications you are told not to take prior to a procedure under GA.

Say for example you went for a cosmetic procedure (easiest access to a GA operation, many people will simply not have any issue to treat surgically otherwise), and you stipulate that you are DNR, in the event of an arrest. What medications could you take to cause an arrest when under GA?

You're the second person to suggest that today:

I don't think there's anything much you could do to reliably guarantee the outcome, especially if you're fit and healthy.

I've wondered the same thing. But you would have to take something that the medical staff could not bring you back from.
