Help Can someone help me w/ this website? I have dumbass disorder

I thought it was a funny title, but I actually do have severe cognitive and mental symptoms/diagnoses because of multiple disorders that affect my ability to concentrate and think and do basic things that I didn't used to need to think about to do at all. I'm paranoid to go into more detail because I don't want my post to possibly be randomly recognized.

Anyway, the symptoms actually do severely affect my ability to think, concentrate, and remember anything even when I'm in the middle of doing said thing. And I'm pretty sure the psychiatric treatments I tried for mental health caused them :(

(I guess psychiatric scientists think it's harder to have anxiety & depression if your thoughts are slowed down from chemically induced brain fog and sedated awareness that still did absolutely nothing for panic symptoms.)

So, can anyone reply with simple directions about how to make posts here and how to get to the topic you're trying to post in?

Like, describe what to click on page by page from the login, but in a simple way?

(including how to login on here would also help me because I keep forgetting where it is and not being able to find it.)

I would also like to know how to message other users?

And does anyone know what happened to the "Partners" forum that I saw on here within the last month?

Do you know how to search inside the specific threads or if that is a possibility? I feel like there's probably someone from my area, but is it possible to find them without having to look through the 320 pages of posts?

Are you on a mobile? Or a desktop/laptop?

If you're using a computer, go up to the search bar on the top right (it's got a magnifying glass on the left side).

If you click it, there should be a little box that comes down, and another box inside that says "everywhere" or something - click that, and you get another pulldown menu.

On that menu, you can select "this thread".

Now go back to the search box at the top, and type a general thing what you want (so, for example "big cats" or whatever it is you're looking for) and hit enter.

Yes. Just hit the search button. Then choose search inside this thread. Then use whatever keywords you want to narrow it down.
