Can I have consequences for having survived the SN?

I'm critical about it... I ingested something like 5g of SN a few days ago (without fasting... I didn't want to ctb but to test - yes, you can judge my stupidity).

Briefly: I ended up in the oxygen therapy ICU, an initial diagnosis of infarction, signs of myocardial necrosis with tropomin (later they started to raise the hypothesis of lithium intoxication, a drug I use chronically and they ruled out the infarction)... there were changes in my echocardiogram (which did not exist) => Eccentric Left Ventricular Hypertrophy, Grade I Left Ventricular Diastolic Dysfunction and Discrete Mitral Insufficiency (I think I already had this one). I also feel slightly heavy breathing and dizziness at certain times (this 1 week later). My cardiologist is due in 6 days (does this represent any sequelae?)... My blood pressure was often high (14x8) during hospitalization monitoring, and it is usually consistently low (from 10 to 12)

I also heard about the risk of cancer... will I be at risk? how long?

Note: Guys, I'm not criticizing or defending the method (because I did it my way)... I just want the truth if it could have made me sick

It wasn't painful... but at one point it was scary that I couldn't stand up and fell down very confused and dizzy (I can hardly remember many details)

I bet you'll recover *hugs* someone posted before having taken a borderline lethal amount. He ended up in ICU, passing out and everything and he said there weren't any lasting effects

In fact, after I was woken up (I think I passed out and when I saw I was already in a really crazy arrhythmia, it hurt - hence the suspicion of a heart attack)

But it hurt so much that my heartbeat was fluctuating, I think without intervention I wouldn't be here

Well you'll probably fully recover with time. Brain damage is thankfully allegedly unlikely with sn too. Not sure if there's any point in taking methylene blue since it's been a week already.

What about the heart and kidneys? be they safe?

Not sure, the sn failures I've read they all mostly recovered and didn't report negative effects but I'm not sure how many of them took methylene blue, plus some of them vomited it out so of course didn't really absorb it. There's an account here where the guy had to go to intensive unit and was extremely close to dying but got methylene blue and was fully recovered in a few days. If you're worried and aren't interested in ctb currently you could try and tell your doctor, they'd have much more knowledge on this stuff. You could try and lie about why you took sn even.

Não tenho certeza, as falhas de sn que li todos se recuperaram e não relataram efeitos negativos, mas não tenho certeza de quantos tomaram azul de metileno, além de alguns deles vomitarem, então é claro que realmente não absorveram isto. Tem um relato aqui que o cara teve que ir para a unidade intensiva e estava extremamente perto de morrer, mas pegou azul de metileno e se recuperou totalmente em poucos dias. Se você está preocupado e não está interessado em ctb atualmente, você pode tentar dizer ao seu médico, eles têm muito mais conhecimento sobre essas coisas. Você poderia tentar mentir sobre por que você levou sn mesmo.

If someone intends to use SN, be careful not to fail... I'm short of breath 1 week after the event
