I have a large amount of benzos I plan to take alongside with my N. During a panic attack yesterday, I took some impulsively. I didn't measure how much but I'd guess an equivalence of 1.5g of Xanax. I'm worried I could have developed something of a cross tolerance from this, and N won't be as effective. It's hard to find info online about where tolerance starts.
