Methods that u wouldnt attempt and why?

Pretty much anything that'd take time, I'm only good for short bursts of courage and if I have the option to back out after a couple minutes I'm confident I will. I think I can manage kicking a stool or pulling a trigger but longer than that worries me

1. self-immolation
2. seppuku
3. drowning
4. hanging
5. jumping
6. firearm

Almost every single one lol. There are only four (not counting N) that I would consider, and I only have access to two of those (SN, drowning + N2O/N2). The other two that I don't have access to are inert gas and shotgun/high-caliber rifle.

Hanging
Immolation
Drowning
Jumping from any height
Throwing myself in front of a car or train
Suicide by cop
Cutting
Starvation/dehydration
OTC medications and most prescriptions
CO2 asphyxiation
A few that I would consider if other options were unavailable:
H2S
Nitrite poisoning
Gunshot
Cyanide poisoning (oral route)

personally i wouldnt attempt most methods but there was this post that i dont remember on the forum where someone was talking about ctbing by tying a long rope around their neck and the other end to a tree. then getting inside a car starting next to the tree and full throttle in the opposite direction of the tree. this is supposed to rip off the head. no one in the world can convince me to use this method.

I tried jumping 3 times already and I could not jump, no matter how much benzos I took. It's just scary af to jump. Two times I tried to jump off a viaduct and one time from a 15 story building. I failed in all of these attempts, trust me it's really scary to stand on the edge...

Pathetic as it is, anything where I can't change my mind and get help if I feel regret. It's after hearing about Kevin Hines who felt regret as soon as he jumped. I didn't think it bothered me at the time I learned that but now it's become a big concern and challenge for me

Most methods tbh but I'm particularly scared of jumping. It is very risky, you will traumatize innocent civilians and in the final moments, you will be most likely regretting your decision.

I had a long beautiful conversation with an active SS member which lasted for 3 weeks and she slowly became desperate and said that she wanted to jump and when I pointed out what I listed above, she ended our conversation and blocked me.

I guess sometimes even if the method is not great, as long as you aren't willing to let it go, you will see it as the ideal method

Cutting to death, low success rate and very painful. Also drowning, or basically anything that takes a while and is painful. Strychnine poisoning scares the fuck out of me just thinking about it.

Practically all of them. Especially gun shot to the head. Because if you miss you will be vegetable and / or disfigured.

Any method that has a risk of failing is terrifying to me and, unfortunately, due to the pro lifers being so sadistic and only leaving the risky methods to be accessible, I'm basically scared of all of the current accessible methods aside from SN and even SN is probably going to be banned soon as they know that it's a relatively peaceful method which isn't something that they can allow there to be in our hands

Methods that make you highly nauseaous scares me the most. It is one of the worst sensations I have ever experienced. Obviously nobody really "enjoys" nausea, but I remember pinching my shoulders or thighs really hard, and hitting my bones to some furniture so that the physical pain overwhelms the nausea so I don't throw up.

If I ever choose to go by SN, know that I'm extremely desperate that I have no other choice.

Almost all of them TBH... mostly from the fear of failure or SI instinct stopping me (in the case of things like a train...)

Full suspension Hanging seems the easiest to achieve and with (seemingly well planning) be fatal once you start hanging from the rope

Anything that's both slow and painful. I can deal with pain if it's momentary. I can also deal with exiting slowly. But both of them together? My last moments lasting full minutes or even hours in agonising pain? I want peace, not torture and punishment. Burning to death, or bleeding out from knife wounds (from what I've heard) sound like some of the worst ways to go, so yeah, I am scared of methods like these. Just give me something quick, efficient, easy-to-do, and painless, although I know that's a bit of an ask.

Self immolation- I wouldn't fancy burning to death but I would breathe in as much as possible to die or smoke inhalation

Anything that has severe nausea (it's not lost on me that I have SN)

Tylenol or anything else that was long drawn out internal pain

Guillotine doesn't seem pleasant although it would be quick

I would never want to end my life in such a way that puts another's in danger. Ideally my death would benefit someone in some way.

I feel like I deserve to suffer and so it's okay if I end up having pain despite my best efforts not to. That's how life and dying is sometimes.
