• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Yes.

I had to put my cat down last month. Heart failure. He was 18, and kept me alive for as long as he was old. I'm convinced he was a psychic alien cat.

He always laid with me when I was sick. If anyone got near me, he would hiss at them and stand as if he was protecting me. Every time I had pneumonia, he only left my bed to eat & go to the bathroom.

When he was dying, the last two weeks, my chest felt so heavy. I ended up in the ER because the chest pain was so bad that I thought I was actually having a heart attack.

When I put him down, the pain stopped. As it did with the tooth pain that I had, that stopped when one of his teeth was removed.

I miss him. I have a new cat, but you know, it's not the same. He's still adorable, though.
I am sorry about your loss. The many cats that have been in my life over the years, they are my babies....

That's true love, and it goes beyond death. The surviving part will no longer be the same - I think.
Unrelated to this thread: I just wanted to tell you that I love your avatar it´s so relateable, but since you have a private profile I couldn´t post it there.

OMG !!! That was funny !!! :pfff:
Probably. I personally just have to settle for cat videos because I struggle to take care even of myself at times.

Me too ... as I've said before, I would love to have a cat but I couldn't bear to leave it behind when i CTB.
A bit like lot of other people's kids , most are annoying but very few are well behaved lol

I know right ? :haha: So glad I don't have any. :smiling: I think cats & dogs are better behaved than kids.
Every cat has a unique personality so yes and no. Some cats, just want to watch the world burn.

Yet another thing I have in common with cats.

My baby boy (cat) is my everything in life rn and I wouldn't be here without him. Plus he's shown that he cares about me more than any human ever has so theres that.
So yeah I'd say they are the greatest thing in the world.

Cats are indeed the greatest thing in this world; my cat is the only one that cares about me & cheers me up. I'm still alive because of my cat. My primary concern however, for when I do ctb, is the welfare of my cat. But if I were to be reincarnated, I would very much like to be a cat.

I love my cat more than any human on earth. He's one of my main reasons for holding back on ctb. He has special needs and I'm so worried about him not finding a good home once I'm gone.
