It's not a bad method,it's very reliable if you follow the exact protocol. There's also "Stan's protocol" here on the forum, if I chose SN I 'd follow this one. Howeever SN needs kinda "preparations" like fasting for at least 12h and other meds, so probably during this time SI could kick in already but that's dependant on your mental state anyway.

I don´t think the SN guide in the PPH is "totally useless". But I also know that it´s not always peaceful.
I agree with the other members, that the PPH is not worth the money and as I said, I think it´s not reliable.

But what is different between eHandbook and Print Edition? I see eHandbook has more pages (552 pages) than the print version (204 pages)
That's the Appendix. Also there is no "eHandbook" anymore. It's called "eHandbook Essentials" now. Online Edition is a different subscription, is updated online, contains videos and gives access to the Exit forums.

I'm glad people are actually calling this book out, it's always felt like an extortion scam for desperate and sick people. If the author(s?) really wanted to help they would make it half the price if not less.
I'm sure it does have useful info in but there are plenty of free resources on this site and similar.
It is extortion, ran by con artists who are profiting from the elderly by selling bullshit advice.
You will get much better and free advice here and from Google.
