Here is a list of liquid substances than can cause death, as a reference for the future.

• Nembutal/Pentobarbital: Liquid form sold OTC in South America. The best of all liquid substances, and reliably lethal when ingested properly.
• Benzobarbital: An extremely obscure barbiturate, which has been listed here as a "Soviet drug". It features 70% phenobarbital. Sold as a 25 mL liquid through a Spanish industrial company.
• Gun bluing agent: Active ingredient is sodium selenite, a very toxic salt when ingested.
• Paraquat: A herbicide used across the world; it is 28 times more toxic than glyphosate/Roundup and almost guarantees death.
• Hydrochloric acid: Very toxic, will likely be fatal if ingested in excess of several ounces. If survived, expect damage to esophageal and stomach tissue.
• Antifreeze: an entire bottle drank will guarantee death.

I wouldn't really say a bottle of antifreeze will guarantee death. if you look it up you will find out it's definitely not reliable. And even if it was some magical instant killer, everyone would still need a different dose.
