Yesterday I took about 100g of zolpidem and my friends were worried I might die from cooking on vomit, which I didn't obw. How much would it take for an overdose, it feels like the most calm method for me since the pill gives me a sort of high effect. Much love

This isn't just a Zolpidem thing but benzos and other similar stuff too, but you can't really die of toxicity, it's more like you suppress your central nervous system and relax so much your body stops breathing. But yeah, unless it's a barbiturate, sleep drugs are really safe nowadays.

Almost none of the major psychiatric pharmaceuticals are viable methods anymore, they ironed out the most life threatening side effects decades ago
